Providing Forestry Programs, Education, and Information
Our goals are: - to provide information and education to assist landowners in caring for their forests
- to help the public appreciate the extensive ecological benefits of forestry
Current programs: - publication of educational magazine articles
- funding the FLA internet site update
- scholarship program for forestry students
- developing a set of "How To" brochures to assist landowners
- developing programs to assist the public to appreciate the beneficial ecology of forestry
