You are cordially invited to attend the Forest Landowners Association Fall 2010 Board of Directors Meeting, where you can learn about and participate in the most important activities that the association performs to achieve its mission to support, through advocacy, education, and information, forest landowners’ responsible management of their private property.

Location
The Forest Landowners Association Fall Board Meeting will be held October 20–22, 2010, at The Peabody Little Rock, Three Statehouse Plaza, Little Rock, AR 72201.

Climate and Dress
September temperatures in Little Rock average a pleasant 75 degree high and cool 51 degree low. Remember that temperatures may vary in The Peabody, so be prepared with a jacket or sweater. Meeting attire is generally resort casual.

Getting to Little Rock
One of the best for its size in the country, Little Rock National Airport, only 8 miles from The Peabody, is an efficient, comfortable air terminal with all of the modern conveniences of the 21st century. You may arrange to use the complimentary shuttle service provided by The Peabody by calling the hotel directly at 501-906-4000 for assistance from Guest Services. Board books and name badges will be distributed onsite. Minutes will be distributed shortly after the meeting’s conclusion.

Hotel Reservations
The cut-off date for the special room rate has passed. You may make reservations at The Peabody Little Rock at the prevailing rate by calling 1-800-PEABODY.

Reservation Cancellations
The Peabody Little Rock requires a first night's deposit equal to one night's guestroom and tax to be submitted with each reservation. This deposit will be refunded if the reservation is cancelled prior to 24 hours before arrival, after which time, this deposit is non-refundable.

Parking
The Peabody Little Rock offers valet parking for guests, currently at $20 per day. Day use of their valet parking services is currently $14 per day. Individuals are responsible to pay any increase. Self-parking is available at a daily rate of $7.50 at the Second & Main Parking Garage, which is operated by the City of Little Rock and located two blocks from the hotel.
